Northwest Roof Consultants provides roof consulting services to architects, building owners, insurance providers, and contractors all over the Inland Northwest.
Headquartered in the Spokane/Coeur d' Alene area, we provide roof consulting services all over Idaho, Washington, and Montana. Inspection services are available in other states upon request.
We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of service, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and industry best practices, while balancing economic considerations with practicality.

Services offered include roof evaluations, core samples, moisture surveys, Detec Systems Integriscan leak detection, quality assurance inspections, specification review/writing, and forensic investigations.

BRENT CORNELISON

PRESIDENT
Brent is the owner of NWRC, he's a registered professional engineer in multiple states with a structural endorsement. Brent is also the lead forensic investigator for all our projects. Brent is a consultant member of IIBEC and is a Haag-certified roof inspector. Brent has 26 years of experience in structural engineering and 14 years as a forensic investigator.
Chris smith
ROOF CONSULTANT
Chris is a former roofer who over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry including 20-plus years as a roof consultant in the Inland Northwest. Chris' extensive knowledge and experience are unsurpassed and unbiased when evaluating and inspecting roofing issues. Chris' goal is to provide a solution that most effectively meets the needs of the client and maximizes cost efficiency.
Ryan Longwill
ROOF CONSULTANT
Ryan is a former roofer and manufacturer’s technical representative with over twenty-two years’
experience in the Northwest. Ryan's knowledge of roofing and waterproofing is extensive and
unbiased when evaluating and inspecting roofing and waterproofing systems. Ryan's goal is to
provide a solution that most effectively meets the needs of the client while maintaining building
integrity.
